Science Can't Wait: A Night to Pledge and Protect

Join us for Science Can't Wait: A Night to Pledge & Protect, a dinner and silent auction to support WIS PDX's mission to advance equity in STEM. This year, we stood witness to an unjustified and dangerous national attack on both equity and science. Now we need your help more than ever to support our community and prepare to fight the battles ahead. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a Silent Auction and other activities before hearing from WIS PDX Scholarship recipients and local speakers who have been on the front lines experiencing the dismantling of science. Gather in solidarity with us on September 18th, 2025 from 6-8:30pm at Freeland Spirits to raise funds for WIS PDX so we can continue to protect, defend, and advance women and gender minorities that make science possible.
